Fatloss.

Being a vegetarian, my mother believed her son was deprived of the key proteins and fed me with copious amount of ghee in all her preparations. The net result was that even before I was 5, I was already over weight.

Well, " goolu, moolu" kids always look nicer and so I was still the pride of my mother. However, as I grew up the fat stuck firm with me and the ponch refused to go. As I grew older, the ponch would still remind me of the extra ordinary love of my mother and her wonderful dishes. But the ponch also grew in size and shape.

Not that I was much overweight, but the tummy had taken permanently a shape that it would pop out shamelessly. Having tried fitness, starvation and all the other fancies, but the tummy refused to sink.

Having explored the whole net and million sites on weight loss, I gave up and started my own experimentation. The result was that within one month I lost 5kgs and another one month, another 2 kgs.

The experiment was very simple, I bought a weighing machine and every morning and evening started recording my weight. The difference between the morning and evening weight was the net gain in weight in one single day.

This also described, that weight was a function of metabolism and consistently the body only processes a certain weight and anything more then that goes and adds upto the body weight.

It was easy to see that my body would only process 1.2kgs of weight each day and if I had taken more then 1.2 kgs of food and drinks, then that would go and add up to my weight. And if less then 1.2 kgs, it would come down.

It did not matter, whether the intake was proteins , carbs, fat or whatsoever. But at the end of the day, the actual gain in body should not have been more then 1.2 kgs.

There are others, who have their metabolic system so well designed that even if they consume 5 kgs, the system automatically gets them back to original weight the next day.

There are no medicines to accelerate the metabolism, however, a little exercise regime with optimum food and drinks can bring the desired control.

As you turn 40, the body needs much lower amount of food and drinks, however, habitually one has gone in the 3 meals routine and ignores the body requirements. Having one meal a day with little food for breakfast is enough to bring about the desired results.

In case of a women, the fat builds very recklessly, it adds up to the thighs, the hips, the stomach, the arms, the neck, the chin, the hands, and almost everywhere. Women have to be still extra careful despite whatever the body configuration they may have till 40. Man on the other side only gains weight on his tummy. Basic reason being laziness, desk oriented jobs, wrong food quality and quantity and of course the volume of beer and alcohol consumed.

40+ is the declining stage of health and do not ignore the health calls. I have seen my own friends now suffering from diabetes, hypertension, heart disorder, liver disorder etc , though they were very very fit till 40. It is only one visit to the doctor and you find out neverously that a chronic disease has blocked you forever. Not to mention, I have also lost some of my friends at such young age ,only on account of health issues.

I strongly recommend that try the fat loss technique as worked out by me and check your metabolic equation and work out your diet and fitness program.

I tried everything under the sun, including yoga, fitness, walking, starvation etc, but finally my own experiment worked.

Good luck with your fatloss.
